Our Mission
The Lou Collier Baseball Association is dedicated to the entire development of the youth. The overall goal of the organization is to help Chicago’s inner-city youth enhance their God-given abilities and develop in these three areas:
- SPIRITUALLY
- MENTALLY
- PHYSICALLY
Lou Collier uses the love and passion for baseball as the vehicle to instill necessary life skills into each individual player. The focus is to change the community for the better one youth at a time.

Our vision is to inspire and surround the youth in a positive atmosphere with successful mentors and role models, so that each youth will have the tools to become a success. The Lou Collier Baseball Association is 100% dedicated to seeing each youth in the organization reach maximum peak performance on and off the field. We believe that through dedication, commitment, perseverance and faith we will develop leaders in our community.
